If you haven't received an order confirmation via email shortly after your purchase this may be due to:

• Your order is still processing in our systems
• A small typo in the email address entered at the checkout
• The email has been marked as spam and has been moved to your junk/spam folder

If you still haven't received it within 24 hours, get in touch with our Fit Technicians here with the info below and we'll locate and resend your order confirmation. 

• First name and last name the order was placed under 
• Date when the order was placed 
• Payment method used 

You can place an online order as a guest without having to create an online account. 

However, we recommend having a MyFit account as you can earn points and rewards, easily track your orders, view your order history and save an address book, allowing you to checkout faster.

To view your cart, update the quantity, checkout or remove an item from your cart, click on the shopping trolley icon located at the top right-hand side of the website.

How do I update or remove an item from my shopping cart?

Once you click on the cart, a sidebar should appear on the right-hand side.

To update the quantity, click on the box to the right of "Qty:". Then type the number of the item(s) you are wishing to purchase then click update.

To remove an item from your cart, you will need to click on the grey "X" to the left to the image of the product. A pop up will then appear to confirm that you want to remove your item from the cart.

How does it work?

During the call, we will collect your contact details and shipping address and process the payment via your preferred method. All payment details are kept strictly confidential and off-recording. Your contact details will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Payment Methods Accepted 

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay for all phone orders. Unfortunately, we can't process orders via 'HER' or 'HIM' Gift Cards. 

Returns

All phone order purchases are subject to the same Returns and Exchanges Policy as online purchases. 

Your confirmation email contains all the required information for tax purposes and doubles as a tax invoice.
