What is MyFit Rewards and how do I join?
Get rewarded every time you shop with us by becoming a MyFit™ Rewards member! This program is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty.
As a member you will receive 1 point for every dollar spent. On accumulating your first 300 points you will be automatically sent a $30 voucher to use online or at any Athlete's Foot store, Australia-wide! For every subsequent 300 points, you will be sent another $30 voucher.As a MyFit™ Rewards member, you will also have access to:
- 30 day ‘Wearanty’ – Your guarantee for a perfect fit every time (following an in-store fitting & purchase)
- FREE waterproofing service
- Latest product and health information
- Exclusive and early access to competitions and giveaways
- Invitations to special events and product launches

Using a MyFit Rewards Voucher
MyFit Rewards vouchers are redeemable both online and in store.
Redeeming in-store: Simply provide our team with your MyFit account number or name at the checkout and any available rewards will be applied to your purchase.Redeeming online: In the final stage of checkout, select “Apply Gift Cards and MyFit Rewards Vouchers”. This will expand and the necessary section to fill in the voucher number will appear. Once the numbers have been entered, simply click 'Apply'!

How do I update my account details or reset my password?
See below for instructions on updating your MyFit account details or changing your password.
Need to update your details?
Log into your customer account here and click 'My Account Menu' to bring up your account dashboard.
Select 'My Details' and update your account information as required.

What do I do if I have two MyFit Rewards accounts?
Please reach out to our Fit Technicians below and we'll merge your accounts and any purchases, points or vouchers.
Please note: it can take up to 24 hours for all account information to be merged.

I can't sign into my account?
If you're having trouble signing into your MyFit Rewards account, we recommend resetting your password.
Please note that signing up to our mailing list is different and separate to having an online MyFit Rewards account.

I forgot to sign into my MyFit Rewards account when I placed my order?
Simply reply to your confirmation email with your MyFit Account details and our Fit Technicians will link your order once it has been packed and has left our warehouse.

How do I earn Qantas Points on my transaction?
To earn Qantas Points on transactions at The Athlete's Foot, you have to:- To earn in-store:
Scan your digital or physical Qantas Frequent Flyer card when you’re ready to pay. You can find your card in the Qantas App, your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Add your card to your digital wallet or download or update your Qantas app.
Will I be prompted to earn Qantas Points on every transaction?
Members will have the option to present and scan their Qantas Frequent Flyer card at the time of payment.Where can I find my digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card?

Can I earn Qantas Points when purchasing a Gift Card?
No, you cannot earn Qantas Points on the purchase of a Gift Card, however, you can earn Qantas Points on purchases where a Gift Card is used towards payment.Who do I contact for assistance with my Qantas Points queries in relation to my transaction?
If you have a query, complete the Qantas Frequent Flyer contact form. Alternatively, call the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre on 13 11 31 between 7am and 7pm (AEST) Monday to Saturday and have your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and PIN on hand.Can I earn Qantas Points at the same time as the Brand’s loyalty program points?

Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions:
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and use Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply.
Membership, and earning and using of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
The Athlete's Foot Terms and Conditions:
The earning of Qantas Points at The Athlete's Foot is subject to The Athlete's Foot's Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility:
Earning Qantas Points in-store: Members can earn 2 points per $1 spent in-store on transactions in Australia at The Athlete's Foot (excludes online). To earn points, a member must present a digital or physical Qantas Frequent Flyer card at payment and join the brand’s loyalty program (MyFit Rewards) if they are not already a member. MyFit Rewards Terms and Conditions apply when joining and using the loyalty program.
When do I provide my Frequent Flyer number? Members need to present and scan their Qantas Frequent Flyer card at the time of payment.
How long until I get my Qantas Points? Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 14 days of purchase.

What are the MyFit Rewards Terms & Conditions?
By agreeing to join MyFit™ Rewards at The Athlete’s Foot, each member accepts and agrees to be bound by the MyFit™ Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy applicable from time to time. Joining MyFit™ Rewards may automatically cancel a member’s membership of any other program offered by The Athlete’s Foot.
Members will earn points on all purchases they make at any of The Athlete’s Foot Australia stores or online, a member will receive a minimum of 1 point for every $1 spent. Points can only be added to the MyFit™ account. On accumulating the first 300 points members are automatically sent a $30 voucher, then for every subsequent 300 points members are sent another $30 voucher.
The Athlete’s Foot will deduct from your MyFit™ Rewards account any Points that have been credited to your MyFit™ Rewards account in error and any points that relate to an Eligible Transaction which has been cancelled, reversed or relates to a refund given. Voucher redemption does not accumulate towards spending level and therefore does not accumulate points. Vouchers expire 6 months from the issue date.
The MyFit™ Rewards membership card is not a credit or charge card. The MyFit™ Rewards card is non-transferable but may be used by other family members. Points earned on the card are non-transferable.
The Athlete's Foot $30 Vouchers issued are redeemable at all The Athlete’s Foot stores in Australia and online. The vouchers are transferable, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used for lay-by payments and replacement is not guaranteed if lost.Vouchers cannot be used towards purchase of The Athlete's Foot Gift Cards.
Purchase of a The Athlete's Foot Gift Card does not contribute towards MyFIT Rewards.
To the extent permitted by law, The Athlete’s Foot and managers’ of the MyFit™ Rewards program will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the MyFit™ Rewards program and will not be liable for any loss caused by any such errors, omissions, delays or disruptions.
The Athlete’s Foot may replace or amend the MyFit™ Rewards offers and these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion. In particular The Athlete’s Foot reserves the right to change the number of points required to qualify for a voucher and/or the amount of that voucher at any time. The Athlete’s Foot will use its best endeavours to notify members of any replacement or amendment, but will not be liable if it does not. The Athlete’s Foot may suspend or terminate the MyFit™ Rewards program at any time without reason or notice. The Athlete’s Foot will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from any suspension or termination. MyFit™ Rewards is a trademark of The Athlete’s Foot Australia Pty Ltd. References made in these Terms and Conditions to The Athlete’s Foot means The Athlete’s Foot Pty Ltd.

- Transaction details relating to purchases made at The Athlete’s Foot.
- We may also collect personal information from third parties including, for instance, your representatives or publicly available sources of information. All personal information that we collect, is reasonably necessary for the provision of our goods and services to our customers.
As part of the service provided to you by The Athlete’s Foot, you will receive from time to time marketing materials relating to products and services offered by The Athlete’s Foot. This information will be forwarded to you using contact details you provide to us. As a member of MyFit™ Rewards at The Athlete’s Foot, you consent to the use of your information for that purpose.
