To receive measurements and find your perfect fit, you can visit any of our Athlete's Foot stores.

If you are unable to visit one of our stores to be fitted by one of our expert Fit Technicians,
below is a useful guide to help you measure your feet from home.

The closest sizing to Australian that we advise is US - all styles will be listed in US sizing. 

For conversions, we recommend checking your current shoes and seeing if there is a displayed size in US, UK or EU. You can also find 'Sizing Help' on the product page next to the size selection for more information.

Sizing does vary between brands and even different styles in the same brand. The size guide is a recommendation to assist in choosing the best size for you but as every foot is different you may not know for sure until you try a size on.

We offer free returns via post, or in-store so you can feel comfortable purchasing online and getting the opportunity to try the shoes on.

Unisex sizing follows the Men's size curve.

Sizing will vary between each brand. We understand sizing can be quite tricky so we recommend using the size selector which is located on each product page. If you already have an existing shoe in the same brand, that's usually a good indicator of the size!

Select a size and toggle between Men’s/Women’s/UK/EU/CMS to find your size conversion. Please see an example below:

For example, you might be a US Womens 7 however it will show as US Mens 5 at the checkout and on your order confirmation. In this instance, a US Mens 5 is equivalent to a US Womens 7!

When purchasing an item from a unisex range or brand, your invoice will reflect the default US Men's size, so there is no need to be concerned that you've ordered the wrong size!

We stock a variety of shoes in different width fittings. If a shoe is available in several widths, each width will be listed as a separate shoe online with the available sizes for that width shown.

When viewing a shoe online, the description will list the width (this can be located below the photos) The width classifications are below:

There are a few ways that you can check if your item is available at a store near you!

From the product page, select the size you want, and click the  "Find This Item In Store" button, and enter your Postcode or Suburb. This will display the nearest stores to you which have stock available.

Also from the checkout page, you can click the "Collect In Store" option and enter your postcode.

If you still want to be on the safe side and make sure your items are available in-store, you can contact your nearest store here.

Squeaky shoes are often caused by moisture or friction within parts of the shoe. 

The easiest way to stop squeaky shoes is to use baby/talcum powder:

1. If possible, remove the inner sole of the shoe and loosen the laces.
2. Sprinkle baby/talcum powder on the underside of the innersole as well as inside the shoe.
3. Let the powder sit overnight to absorb any moisture. Shake out the excess powder the following day. 

If this doesn't do the trick and you believe that your shoes may be faulty, please see here for instructions on initiating an assessment. 

We recommend the below steps for cleaning your shoes. Please note that specific materials and shoes may include their own cleaning recommendations for the item.

1. Dry brush. Remove dirt from the outsole, midsole and uppers using a dry, soft-bristled shoe brush. No shoe brush? No problem—an old toothbrush will work just fine.
2. Make a mild cleaning solution. Mix warm water with a small amount of laundry detergent.
3. Wash laces. Remove the laces and apply a small amount of the mild cleaning solution. Massage the laces, rinse and then dry with a soft cloth.
4. Wash soles. Apply the mild solution to a soft-bristled brush and brush the outsole and midsole. Dry with a soft cloth.
5. Wash and blot. Use the mild solution and a soft-bristled brush or a soft cloth to clean the uppers. Rinse with a warm washcloth, removing soap, suds and any remaining grime. Repeat if necessary.
6. Air-dry. Air-dry at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.

We don't recommend putting your shoes in a washing machine or dryer, or using harsh cleaning products (like bleach).

The Athlete's Foot has a mix of corporate and franchised locations, therefore not all products are stocked consistently from store to store.
