Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive an email from our courier with a tracking number and a link to track its delivery.
You can enter your tracking number through the StarTrack website below!
If you haven't received an email with tracking details, it just means we're still packing your order and it's yet to be dispatched from our warehouse.
We ship all orders using StarTrack Express.

If you have an account: Login to your account and select 'Track My Order'

If you checked out as a guest: Click 'Track Orders' on our homepage and enter your order number received via email. If you are on your mobile, this link can be found at the bottom of our homepage.
Please note: It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become available on the courier's website.
